At IAV, we understand user experience as a holistic approach to the development of products and services – from requirements analysis or initial user research, through conception, design and prototyping, including iterative user testing, to the final build up. For this purpose, we have formed an innovative team by establishing the User Experience Competence Center (#UXCC).
